As you may have noticed, I've been pretty inactive. This journal serves as an explanation as to why for anyone who is wondering! And to those who are still waiting for me to complete their commission, please read the bottom of the journal <3
TL;DR - About a month ago, my doctor advised me to switch my medications abruptly instead of weaning me off properly. This caused pretty bad withdrawal effects that I'm still experiencing now, which made me drop off of the face of the earth for a bit.
Since fall of 2016, I've been taking Seroquel to help treat my mental illness. It had been working pretty well up until last winter, but then it started giving me panic attacks. >:U
So, I just get a new medication, right? No. At first I didn't want to admit it was a problem, especially since the psychiatrist who had prescribed it was now resigned. My therapist pushed me to start seeking a new psychiatrist in January, t
