Vicky became an Orphan as a NOD Fanatic attack killed her parents in New Hope city. Her life turned into shambles as she spent years in the orphanage, becoming desperate to leave as no one would take her under their wing. However one day a Scientist working for the company V-Talon Corp brought her in, unaware of what V-Talon corp wanted she was entered into a program to create Street Sentinels for law enforcement. A total of 16 Candidates took part in the program however the surgical procedures for the enhancements had a low survival rate.
Vicky was their lab rat.
Out of the 16 Candidates she was the only survivor... The operation was a success. Tests began, pushing her abilities to the limit. She never wanted this, she wanted to feel loved by people who cared for her. Not some successful experiment. She wanted them to stop their experiments but they refused. The more they enhanced her cybernetics the more it damaged her body, inside and out. Once again desperate to be free she attempted to escape the facility but her efforts were futile.
Causing as much trouble as she could she would irritate the scientist by locking herself in the corner surrounded by her barriers. They would only hold them off for so long as V-Talon Corp had money to adapt to her schemes. She was their most prized possession.
Her fate was decided as she locked herself in her operating room screaming at the scientists and security teams to leave her alone. Until Flood and General Granger visited the Facility. This was Vicky's ticket out.
