backstory:
Percussion Fantôme (or Percy) is the shape world's variant of Death (or The Grim Reaper). he is descripted as a pink ghost-like shape with a long poncho, a tie between his collar, black boots, and a scythe in his hand. in mythology, he causes his victim's death by coming to collect the shape's soul. he then traps the soul in a void (the shape's variant of the Afterlife). depending on their deeds in the overworld, he sends the good shapes into the Realm of Angels (Heaven) and the bad shapes into the Realm of Demons (Hell). the shapes that are in the middle get sent back as lost souls scattered all over the world.

one day, Percy decides to explore the overworld out of boredom and curiosity. he ends up discovering a village and decides to reside there. however there was one problem, there was major fear and panic where he came by. the villagers thought that he would take their souls (even though he wasn't even thinking about it). they eventually got used to him living there and opened up their happy lives to him. besides, the Grim Reaper isn't always grim.

after some years with saying hello to new friends and goodbye to old friends, Percy fainted of an unknown cause. it was later revealed that he was cracking and that due to breaking his will of reaping souls, he will shatter soon. the night after that, he was at his favorite place, the local pond. this is also where he meets the Dark Lord, Cyberchase. Cyberchase (being the intelligent star demon he is) notices Percy's cracks and promises him that if he works for him, he will prevent his shattering and save his life. this brings us to where we are today, the Grim Reaper working for the King of Darkness and Demons.
