Aliases: CHIYO, CODENAME_PROJ_CHIYO.EXE

personality: he barely has any personality. but when he can show emotions, he's a gentleman-like dude who will do anything to make their friends safe and happy. he can also be a bit paranoid at times.

fun fact: he is half robot and half AI. he's also the most recent invention by Milky Waves.

fun fact: he usually stays at home with his creator [who is also the creator of Cen, Oliver, and all of them protos].

fun fact: he has special features. these include wings, weapons, extra arms, a S.O.S signal, a built-in projector, and of course, emotions.

fun fact: there is another being that resides within CHIYO. it's a malicious virus named OVERLOAD who is incredibly ruthless. it will do anything to kill humanity and force robot-kind to take over the world. OVERLOAD'S design isn't quite finished, but I included a concept so that I can use when actually making his final design.
