they are currently borrowing clothes from Pit and Dark Pit, so this isnt their official outfit, but look at Tumult tho-

Silence has floofy hair and takes after Whisper, he’s shy and antisocial and quiet, he doesnt even cry, he just whimpers and makes ghost noises until Whisper feeds him. Tumult is very active and vocal though, he screams and cries and plays a lot, he loves his brother but his brother is too shy to play sometimes. They both have fully functional wings, they will grow to be full sized, just like Hikari, and they both have little whispy tails that can allow them to float in the air for a small amount of time.
