This was a graphic I created, to help promote a web site I designed, back when I was fixing computers for a living. The comapny was called The Electronic Anvil (with the idea that I could temper computers like a blacksmith would temper steel - to make it stronger, last longer, etc.) This is one of my VERY early attempts at freehand character creation as pixel-art. It doesn't compare to the faeries I would later do. There's no beginning sketch for this, I simply drew it freehand in MS-Paint. The idea was to illustrate a blacksmith that could come directly to your home. I rather like the humor in the concept of an outdated occupation, a blacksmith; combined with a modern way to travel, in-line skates... even though the graphic itself came out rather badly done. I have no clue how much time I spent on this.
