Hmm, I like the concept, as always ur art always comes from ur awesome mind, however sometimes we are not able to express it... but u can do it.
I guess u could make the texture of the face a bit more...shocking, because the skin is being ripped off, so it should show like the...u know what I mean...
I'll give u this idea, try it with pizza, the corpse has one in his stock for this kind of effects. It really looks like the underneath part of our skin...

I'm partial to realism, there's a great stock site :iconresurge: that has a great slaughter pak of textures - they would look awesome just under the skin of this face... check them out!
