Introducing Cecil, Bugbo's nerdy older brother! He studies anatomy and is very good with building machines! He was tasked by Joe (the current Mayor as of episode 2) to investigate some reports of a suspicious man in a yellow vest with white stripes, hmmm...

Fun fact: Cecil and Bugbo are both Katydid bugs, and the reason Cecil is green instead of pink is because Katydids can only be pink due to a rare gene mutation, a mutation that Bugbo has, but Cecil doesn't!
