You can list who your TD's mate is.
On the Turtledog page in the journal directory, there will be a shortcut to the official TD breeding sign ups. Once all the work for the breeding is completed this is where you will come to request your breeding!
Please read the following as it is all important information as to how to obtain a breeding.

From there you will need two things to be able to breed the mated Turtledogs.

2. A small series of artwork/Writing/RP containing the following to act as "Trials"
-First 'date' Draw/write/RP the first date interaction

-Show of love, Draw/write/RP one Turtledog giving the other a token of their love and respect
