Ah, all the body parts were EVA foam, just cut and glued into place, with some wall putty for any extra bits and seams. The 'spines' are just toothpicks/satay sticks LOL.
The eye is also eva foam, stabbed until I got the texture, and painted + stuck on an eyelash.
Barnacles and skull necklace were sculpted in light clay
The mouthpiece is just a piece of cloth I cut to fit my lower jaw and stuck on, with her...mandibles as latex covered sponge over a wire armature (so I could pose them) that I mounted onto a wood block that fit comfortably in my mouth.
Seifuku was previously owned, I just modified it and changed the tie.

It's only the paintjob that makes it look nice bahaha apart form that it's all quite simple.
