Petty namecalling, or jumping to conclusions is NOT constructive criticism. That's destructive criticism.

If you call me a troll, but don't elaborate why you think that, and resort to petty namecalling to get your point across, that only makes YOU the troll because you're the one calling me names, and jumping straight to conclusions about me without a proper explanation. You're not fooling anyone but yourself.

For constructive criticism to work, you need to nicely explain what I need to improve on, and try to avoid calling me names. You need to elaborate, not spew insults at me, or jump to conclusions.
