Painsaw is a Ben 10 version of Denji from the Manga(Soon to be anime) Chainsaw manLiterally was thinking of puns, thought of "Painsaw" and then decided to do this
In universe however Painsaw is the DNA sample of a Denjian from the Planet Poochita, they are generally laid back and despite their scary appearance they enjoy eating and lazing about during any free time they get which is A LOT but when provoked they are fierce fighters who won't relent until their opponent is defeated.
when hungry they will wander off and eat any living creature with blood to drink.
They are solitary yet have a natural yearning for companionship and intimacy with others.

-super strength
-super durability
-enhanced reflexes
-enhanced endurence
-Chainsaw generation: Painsaw can grow a chainsaw blade out of his arms, legs and head to use in offensive combat
-Regeneration: Painsaw can regenerate from nearly any wound as long as they have blood in their system
WEAKNESSES:
-as previously mentioned Painsaw requires blood to not only regenerate but to function his motor
-Painsaw must pull the cord on his chest to activate his chainsaw motor
-"Painsaw" isn't just an intimidating name, this form is incredibly painful to use as the Chainsaw blades are literally ripping their way through his flesh and so a novice user of the form may be taken out of a fight overwhelmed by the pain
-overuse of the form can slowly lead Ben to become more savage and violent going as far as to try to eat innocents
