I couldn't forget Churchill. The image behind is a photo I took in the early hours of winter, it shows airplane trails. I liked the shades of blue that occurred using my camera on my phone - no effects were added. I wanted to capture Churchill as himself instead of the newspaper images we have come to recognise. The bow tie I created using a 1940's Union Jack and the shirt is a letter to Churchill from Buckingham Palace. I wanted his features to show the immense pressure that was on him to lead his country to freedom. Such admiration for him.
