Giant Twi-Twi is feeling rather mischievous in the streets of New York. Looks like this purple kitty might have cornered a little "mouse," so to speak.
Might I suggest distracting her with a ball of yarn? (You know what happens to "mice" when cat-Twi finds one, riiiight?)

She creates magic shields around the road to keep them from leaving. A person gets pulled out of his car and pinned down by her hoof. "Bad tiny! You hear me!?"
