what a title!anyways, this concept and character looked like so much fun to draw, I didn't want to pass it up XD and I didn't just wanna steal her wings so I ended up with fanart. I started this ...last week =/ I've just been so lazy about finishing anything lately....
The wings were so much fun to draw!!! (just so you know, that stuff is forming her wings and taking shape of anything, even her giant claw hand! XD don't ask me lots of questions. look it up-->[link]
I also love her big glowy eye, and the way her hair came out.
the bg....I went completely crazy all over it. it was basically just tons of dark and white splatter brushes all over the place, with clouds accidently thrown into the mix. came out with a cool effect so I kept it.
And why is her white dress not stained from that stuff!? ....uh.....a wizard did it .....o__o;;....
