So there is a story behind this.

About five years ago, I was commissioned to make this wig. At that time, I was primarily using a different email address, which I have since lost the log-in info for and because of MSNs stupid recovery system, I have no way to get back into it. A lot of images and information of my older work is essentially trapped in there.
I was sifting through old documents recovered from an old phone of mine today and I magically find these pictures of this wig! I don't know who the character is, nor the series, only that it is blue, a bun, 2 very long pigtails and these crazy blue fluffy-puffy sidebangs.
If you know who this is, PLEASE do let me know as I'd love to fill in the blanks!
