Flash Fire: This Pokemon is immune to Fire-type moves. The first time it is hit by a Fire-type move, its attacking stat is multiplied by 1.5 while using a Fire-type attack as long as it remains active and has this Ability. If this Pokemon is frozen, it cannot be defrosted by Fire-type attacks.

Personality: Quiet, Harmless ( when you don't steal her hot cocoa... You will be burned for that- ), Social, Easy to annoy, Will do anything for Hot cocoa ( well not really anything bc you know.. She has common sense- )

Talents: She can dance, she can sing, she can even make little arts with her Ember!~

Weaknesses: She is harmless so she cannot really kill you or hurt you seriously which could leave her as an easy target.
When she is annoyed especially in battle she will attack ruthlessly leaving her open to special attacks or non physical ones.

Background: Regan's parents were pretty average people, and so was she. They were street performers who would make a living out of their performances. Regan was good at preforming as she practiced really hard with her dances and her mother practiced aswell as her father would play the music to accompany them. Regan's mother was of Gypsy blood as her father was not so she kinda just stayed neutral with her background though she does wear gypsy styled clothing. She has also become a-bit popular due to her cute looks and all as she became a-bit more well-known due to winning a-bit of Dance contests and such. But she longed for adventure and to learn how to fight because basic instincts wouldn't do for her. So she left her hometown and country to set out for a new life and adventure. But before she left she was gifted with a Yin side necklace from her mother, So she kept it close to her heart.

As for her obsession of hot cocoa... It was supposed to be a bedtime snack... Now it's her will to live.
