If you mix in General Woundwart from Watership Down, and No Heart from Carebears, you get Grogar!

For those who still don't know who Grogar is, he's a villain from MLP G1, who was about the only villain who captured nearly all of the ponies in Ponyland, though just like with General Woundwart Grogar also had an army, and like with General Woundwart Grogar was really cruel to them, even going as far as killing them, or at the very least hurting them, even though you don't see much of that on screen, still judging by Grogar's troops they get really are scared of him, so chances like that or torturing them might've happened off screen?
Grogar also shares similar colors and gimmicks to No Heart from the classic Carebears show, like with No Heart Grogar has power coming in form of a bell, though unlike No Heart Grogar's power is more complex, they also share similar colors, though Grogar doesn't have much purple, though if he did he'll look good in it.

How will Grogar act or be like in MLP G4 is still up to debate, chances are you won't having any killing or anything too sever, Grogar might not even have an army like he did back in MLP G1, however Grogar is still could be a real threat, especially after Princess Twilight mentioned him back in season 7, so there's a chance if he ever comes back he'll still be a really tough villain, or not it'll all depends.
