Marble is one of the raiders in a story I'm working on, here's a brief bio on how and why she's still alive after a 200 year shit-show:

Marble's backstory is a strange one. She is a pre-war pony that for whatever reason was put in an experimental cryogenic-chamber. Something didn't go right as she was the sole survivor in the lab she and few other ponies were kept in. Somewhere along the line she got herself mixed in with the wrong crowd after her long nap. None of the other raiders know to much about Marble aside from that. Apparently she is believed to be a sister of the Ministry of Morale's Pinkie Pie. But beyond that they don't even know how old Marble is or where she came from.
