What makes this drawing so unique is how ingeniously it's paying tribute to Punk Rock Culture. As someone who listens to more modern rock such as Coldplay and Muse, I haven't really had a taste of what this genre of music is like. However, even I know that this drawing illustrates the lifestyle of a punk rock fan perfectly! Rebellious, daring, and totally badass, the exact personality that Spitfire is displaying! There's so much effort you put into Spitfire's outfit, like adding in the jean vest, the rolled up black shirt, the spiked wristbands and neckbands. This is what it takes to be a true rockmare! This illustration is also filled with clever little references, like the "NO FUTURE" button, which is a little nod to Sex Pistols classic "God Save the Queen", and substituting all the A's with triangles, which is most likely an allusion to Pink Floyd. I also love how there's great attention to detail, like how the shaved section of Spitfire's mane is still orange. As usual, the shading on this drawing is done very well, and the coloring is nicely done, too.
Now there are a few criticisms I would like to make. Firstly, I don't think both sides of the hooves should curve inward as you descend upon them. They should curve a bit more closely to the show's design where they sort of move outward. However, my biggest problem with this piece is the background. It confuses me. Judging by the brick wall, fence, and blades of grass, I'm guessing that this scene takes place somewhere outside in public. So, Spitfire and mer mom are arguing about her appearance some place where everyone can hear and see them? Personally, I think it would work a lot better if you were to set it in a room somewhere, that way, the viewer would be less puzzled as to where this takes place.
But other than that, I think this piece is wonderful! it's funny, it's creative, it pays great homage to punk rock, and it makes me want to rock out to some Sex Pistols! Keep rockin', FlutterThrash, and keep up the tremendous work!

Again, this is perfect! Her blase, I-don't-care-what-you-think attitude is amazing!
Also the way she has her mane dyed. If only the rest of the Wonderbolts could get their hooves on a picture of this episode of Spitfire's life.
