[2014-03-31]Finally, I have finished the 'tst' 2.0 at the end of March 2014.
Two years ago I submitted this skin's first version on DA, and I got about 10 thousand downloads during these time, it is so nice to have you guys like my work, thx all of you.
And now I'm bring you the latest version of theSimpleThing, I redesigned all the icons, style, and layout, to make it looks better, and now it contains the controlbox and attachable playlist.
Please do the following things in your potplayer to make sure you have the best view of my skin :
0.Update your potplayer to the newest version
1.Choose theSimpleThing2 in skin list
2.Choose the 'Direct3D 9' in 'On Screen Control'
3.Change skin transparency to 100% in 'On Screen Control'
4.Enjoy.

All the info you said can show up by press the Tab button on your keyboard, I guess you know this thing. In my opinion, I dont want these info always on my screen, even it's very small to see, it makes me feel messy. when I need to check it I'll press the Tab button, it's quick and useful to show all the main info about the video I'm watching.
If you want to learn how to make your own skin or just to modify one, I suggest you to check up the official default skin, and try to understand it, it's not a hard job to do.
In the latest version of potplayer, you can find a file named SkinSupport.txt in the skins folder, this file listed all the actions and parameters you can use in a skin, I think this can help you.

Now you know how the skin works in potplayer, I really think you can do more even to design your own skins!
Here is my piece of advice. Put your playback info on the left of the time and filename, use some

I love it, especially for an HTPC since the icons are bigger.
If you ever get the time, I'd love to see another version with smaller icons for a computer monitor. I'm using the first version until that one comes out.

Amazing skin!! I just started to use Potplayer recently & I was looking for just such an awesome skin!!
Would it be possible to switch the controls around, like this:

I think it makes more sense to have the playlist button on the right because the playlist attaches to the right of the player window. I also just like the main controls on the left or maybe in the center.
Also you notice I added a highlight to the volume & seek bars as it can be hard to see.

About the left or right where I put the buttons, it's quite a personal thing, I like the main controls on right so I put other function to the left. Actually I put playlist button on the right at the previous version, someone told me to put them on left, because they prefer to attach playlist on left, so I can't meet everyone's demands.

内什么，是我的potplayer的问题还是皮肤故意为之，上/下一个文件的按钮跟日常习惯是反的，点击界面上的左箭头是下一个文件，而点击右箭头是上一个文件。。。。

很棒的皮肤，但我发现它可能有BUG。当用鼠标反复点击顶部的“最大化”和“恢复尺寸”按钮，图标就会变得混乱显示不正常，并且点击“最小化”和“关闭”也会显示异常。不确定这是不是皮肤自身的问题。劳烦作者确认下。我用的是最新的POT。
