After they returned back to the Lunar Railway, Shine, Sophie and Stacy makes it to the main station were Princess Luna was waiting.

“I was informed about what happened by your manger” said Luna to Shine “I'm deeply sorry”.

“it's okay ma'am” said Shine, she went off with a thought, “Princess Luna I would like to talk with Lana, since we're both replicas”

“very well” said Luna “Lana is at the sheds, so you can talk with her there”.

“okay” said Shine, she looks at Sophie and Stacy.

“go for it Shine” said Stacy.

“thank you Stacy” said Shine, and she makes her way to the sheds

“let's hope for the best” said Luna with Sophie and Stacy agreeing with her.

When Shine arrives at the shed, she saw Lana resting after taking a express run. Shine takes a dee breath and heads to the shed backing down next to Lana.

“Lana, I would like to talk with you” said Shine, Lana looks at her, “about being a replica”.

“a.... a replica” said Lana in surprise.

“yes, I found out I was a replica” said Shine “Sophie said maybe I can talk with you about it”.

“I see” said Lana “well I've never had quite a problem of being a replica”.

“I see it as being built a grand copy of a great class for all people to see up close” said Lana “I was built within 1965, when all the other Peppercorn A1s were withdrew”.

“it's alright” said Lana “I thought of carrying on their legacy as the replica of their class, when my 'brother' Tornado was built back in 2008 and we've met each other, we agreed that we both will live on the memory of the Peppercorn A1s”.

“yes, two replicas of their own respective classes pulling a express” said Lana “as a tribute for both of our classes”.

Shine and Lana heads to the station where Princess Luna and Sophie were, the two of them noticed them coming.

“how are you feeling?” asked Luna.

“Princess Luna I have a plan for me and Shine to take a train together” said Lana.

“I see” said Luna “well the Shining Star express is to leave soon, so maybe you both can it”.

“yes ma'am” said Shine and Lana.

“get yourselves ready” said Luna, she turns to Sophie, “please take the coaches to Canterlot”.

“yes ma'am” said Sophie, and she heads the carriage shed.

Shine and Lana went to a siding to get some coal and water for their run, whiling waiting they start to chat with each other.

“when you come here” said Lana “I was sort of jealous”.

“oh I see” said Shine “I guess it was with many people and our friends being awestruck, right?”

“got that right” said Lana “well since we'll be pulling the Shining Star express, let's be this jealously aside and become friends”.

“indeed my friend” agreed Shine.

Soon the two engines made their way to Canterlot where they saw Shine's coaches at platform, Shine couples up to the coaches with Lana coupling up to Shine.

The guard blow his whistle, and Shine and Lana puff out of the station and heads out to the mainline with the express.

Shine and Lana roars over the mainline as they puff in to in the tunnel and heads out to the NWR mainline.

“here we go” said Lana.

Shine and Lana puffs down the other mainline, they whistle cheerfully as they pass other engines and head throw stations.

“this is really great” said Shine.

“yes, two replica steam engines taking a express from one railway to another” said Lana.

The two engines puff in to Knapford, they both saw Princess Cadance at the platform waiting for them.

“hello Princess Cadance” said Shine and Lana.

“hello you two” said Princess Cadance “Aunt Luna told me about you two coming here”.

“yes ma'am, to show two replica engines pulling the new express” said Lana.

“very good” said Princess Cadance “you may both have a rest whiling I make arrangements for your return journey”.

The two express engines get uncouple from the train and they went to a siding to rest before their next run.

“yes, it was” said Shine “so have you been told any things about the class you're based off”.

“well the people who designed it tell me many things of the A1s” said Lana.

“what would that be?” asked Shine.

“they were built during the beginning of British Railways” explained Lana “they always take express runs around the Eastern region which was the LNER”.

“oh yes, Flying Scotsman told me about that railway” said Shine.

“you knew Flying Scotsman” said Lana eyes widen.

“yes, from his tour in America” said Shine “he was a very kind engine”.

“I'm sure he was” said Lana “me and Gordon used to talk about him”.

“I was amazed by hearing about him being the first one to officially go 100mph” said Shine.

“I see” said Lana “well he is the world's famous steam locomotive”.

“indeed, and a great one” said Shine.

“looks like they're almost done” said Lana, looking over and seeing the passengers beginning to board the train.

“let's get to our train” said Shine, puffing out of the siding with Lana following her.

Shine couples back to the coaches with Lana in front of her, the guard blows his whistle and the two engines puff out of the station.

The two engines make their way throw the mainline and rushing throw stations whistling cheerfully as they carry on their journey.

“here comes the tunnel” said Lana.

They made their way throw the tunnel and puffs out on to the Lunar Railway's mainline and heads towards Canterlot.

“we're make a great team” said Lana.

“yes we do” said Shine “we've both proud members of Princess Luna's railway”.

Lana and Shine pulls in to the station and soon come to a stop, Princess Luna come up to them smiling.

“you did a good job” said Princess Luna “you are both really useful engines”.

“thank you ma'am” said Lana and Shine.

“you two maybe replicas, but you will always be steam engines to me and everyone on the Lunar Railway” said Luna “now go and have a good long rest at the sheds”.

“thank you” said Shine and Lana, and they depart.

As the two engines made it to the sheds, they saw Princess Sodor, who just returned from the Canterlot Express.

“hello you two” said Princess Sodor “I heard about you both double-heading the Shining Star express”.

“yes, we double-headed together as replicas” said Lana.

“since a very good job” said Princess Sodor.

“yes, now that we are friends and Lana's jealously is put aside” said Shine.

“oh so that's why you are acting strange” said Princess Sodor.

“yes, but at least we are now good friends” said Lana.

“true” said Princess Sodor “know we got a great US engine on our railway.

“you thinking what I'm thinking” said Lana winking at Princess Sodor who agrees.

“thinking of what?” asked Shine.

“this of course” said Lana and she calls out “three cheers for Shine the Lunar Engine”.

“yap, yap hooray!” called Princess Sodor.

“yap, yap hooray” called Sophie and Stacy, who pulls up beside the shed.

“yap, yap hooray!” called Lana, Princess Sodor, Sophie and Stacy together.

The engines all cheers with Shine joining them being proud of being a Lunar Engine.
