Was, again, having fun. Zim isn't saying anything bad to his Tallest (Red or Purple?), he's just being, well, Zim. And I do not condone smoking, but if you were stuck on an Alien ship with Irkens (those dumb asses) you'd be smoking too. There is a story to this, I'm just too lazy to write it down.
