Shay isn't loud, they're one of the quietest people you will know, the reason they aren't loud is because they're shy. They're quite peaceful and calm most of the time. Once they've opened up to you, they'll become less shy, also they'll start talking louder so you can hear them.

Backstory:

When Shay was younger, they always got bullied for how they dressed and acted. When they first started school, they always got in trouble because of their anger, which soon left them being kicked out of school. A few years later, when Shay was ten, their parent's gave them into adoption since their parent's didn't have the money to transfer them to another school. Shay was in the adoption centre until the age of thirteen, once they were adopted, they got into drawing and singing, they were home-schooled for a few years, which is how they learnt to sew. Throughout the years, they dealt with the fact how they were being bullied, but the bullying got worse as soon as they came out as non-binary and changed their name to Shay.
