I've never watched The 100 TV series and never will because they earesed Bellamy and Wells' brother bond.

In the fourth book, Wells and Octavia get kidnapped by some illuminated fellows and Bellamy is SO worried about them both. He's mad like Hell, wants to save them NOW, get revenge on the people who did that, can't sleep when he thinks of Octavia suffering and Wells being tortured... I love it, it was so full of touching, sad brotherly feelings !

Bellamy, Wells and Octavia being (almost) three siblings are the very reason I keep reading the books, really. Because with such potential, the author made it a very "poor" teenager material, in my opinion. There were so many exciting things to do related to loss, family, fear, humanity, past and history, discovering, living great adventures... and no.
Like, almost everything is about romance and Bellamy being so dark.

But I still hope Kass Morgan will write another book someday ! For more sibling feels and also because she could make so much more with her story, universe and characters. She has the potential to do it.

I also know that Wells is played by a Black actor in the series, but as I've said, I've never watched it. In the books, he's described as having light eyes so it's the way I've imagined him.
