This has been the case in my head for years, because it makes sense! Another option would be that they have a site where people can ask questions which they then will answer, but then the animatronics’ answers would be only in text format, not in the drawn format which you see here. But how can you guys use the Ask Magic? You can thank Marionette for making sure that happens. How else can you guys turn the animatronics into plushies, or make flying hotdogs and rain of hot chocolate appear?
