Description WOO! I finally have drawn something Warframe-related on here! And I said that cause I've been wanting to draw something Warframe-related for a while actually. And, here we go! One of my frame concepts! I'll just take a moment to grab something from the Warframe Forum post I did about him so you guys can know about his abilities and augments I created for them. I'll draw a separate thing in the future to show how his abilities work though. But for now, here's the stuff from the forum post I did on him and another frame concept, Asphalt:

Blitz, Turning momentum into a weapon, he uses it to speed up his body and tear up his foes.

Health - 150 (350 at Rank 30)

Shield - 100 (300 at Rank 30)

Energy - 195 (345 at Rank 30)

Armor - 200

Sprint - 1.6

Role Type - Controlling Offense

First Ability - Momentous Grapple (Replacing ~ Reckless Break) - 45 Energy to Cast - Momentous Grapple makes Blitz dash at a targeted enemy and almost choke them with a furious grip, while grabbing the foe won't deal much damage (35/55/75 At minimum), you can use them as a shield to protect yourself from enemy weapons. You can also grab onto walls and pull yourself up to new vantage points with this, as well as hang onto walls, but you can't use weapons until you jump off. (Range limit is 6/7/8m at least)

Second Ability - Momentum Drop (Replacing ~ Momentum Swipe) - 55 Energy to Cast - Momentum Drop can only be used from the air, but when used, Blitz hones in on an enemy and delivers a powerful dropkick onto a foe. The kick itself will stun enemies if it connects quickly, and the next ability Blitz will cast will cost a different source of power than energy. (The kick deals 255/355/455 Damage normally, but deals 355/355/555 if it lands faster and 155/255/355 damage if it landers slower, and adds the stun for 6/8/10 seconds if it lands faster. Basically, the farther you are from your target, the less damage you deal with this)

Third Ability - Sound Shock (Enhanced, more than the first version) - 65 Energy to Cast - Sound Shock, for a moment, makes Blitz focus energy within his arms and mouth before expelling it in a burst of sonic energy that speeds up the longer it still lasts. If it catches enemies within it, they get pushed in the direction of the blast and dealt damage over time the increases, the damage dealt is increased further if the enemies are piled against a wall. All enemies are staggered the moment they get caught in the blast, and can't escape until the duration ends.

Fourth Ability - Mass Shift (Replacing ~ Reckless Abandon) - 75 Energy to Cast - Mass Shift is Blitz's trump card. Utilizing this, he can speed up the growth of his body and change his size in two different ways based on the speed of his melee weapon. Bruiser Shift changes the size of Blitz's muscles, making them larger and turning him into a damage absorbing brawler. He automatically switches to the current melee weapon he has equipped when he changes, and he can swing it faster as well as deal increased damage, and charge up swings charge up faster. (This Shift can be accessed only when the melee weapon has an attack speed lower than 1.8) Slicer Shift changes the size of Blitz's muscles, making them smaller and turning him into a disorienting burst damage warrior. While he does automatically switch to his equipped melee weapon, all of his abilities now deal increased damage. (This shift can be accessed only when the melee weapon has an attack speed 1.8 or higher)

Passive Ability - Momentum Meter (Major Changes!~) - 'When Blitz sprints around for long periods of time, he will slowly gain a charge within a eight segment meter, and these can be used instead of energy to cast abilities when needed. (Basically, Two points to use Momentous Grapple instead of energy, Three points to use Momentum Drop instead of energy. Four points to use Sound Shock instead of energy. And finally, Five points to use Mass Shift instead of energy)'

Prime Version - 'Golden armor compliments the white and grey colors of this fearsome warrior of momentum. And his powers have been enhanced to the next level so he can dish out major punishment to his enemies.'

Blitz Ability Augment Mod ~ For - Momentous Grapple ~ Mod - Grappler's Combinations ~ This augment allows Blitz to perform four different combos with Momentous Grapple, based on which ability he casts next, at a 10%/15%/20%/25%/30% less Energy Cost. (Using Momentous Grapple again will use Grapple Grenade, which tosses the held foe at another foe for, always, 100% more damage than before, around 70/110/150 damage plus 80/100/120 Blast damage due to the energy on the thrown foe that blows up when it reaches another foe. Using Momentum Drop will toss up the foe and then be slammed down with the use of his melee weapon, down to the ground. The slam will stun enemies in the 5/6/7m radius of the combo for 5/6/7 seconds. Using Sound Shock will bring the foe close to his face, and be hit face first with Sound Shock, then cast off as a projectile that deals 100/140/180 Blast damage, and blinding all enemies for 3/4/5 seconds. Finally, using Mass Shift will rapidly deal 60/100/140 damage per second for 10/12/14 seconds, basically turning organs and such into mush at a fast rate. Targets that are somehow still alive, are stuck on the floor, and can be killed with one hit.)

Blitz Ability Augment Mod ~ For - Momentum Drop ~ Mod - Head Walker ~ This augment allows Blitz to continuously and forcefully step on enemies' heads by pressing the jump button in sync with each time Blitz lands on another foe's head, and deal less damage until it reaches a certain point. (Damage lost is by 10% until it can't go any lower than 50. This can be used as movement enhancements more than anything honestly. ^^)

Blitz Ability Augment Mod ~ For - Sound Shock ~  Mod - Crushing Harmony ~ This augment allows Blitz to send another Sound Shock after using it once, and creating a crushing effect the deals twice the amount of damage to foes for double the current duration of the first one. After all enemies are dead though, both Sound Shocks collide and create a large burst of energy in a 5/6/7m, circle shaped radius that deals Blast damage based on the amount of duration left, times a base damage of 100. (You can get the gist of it.)
