Terrena likes cats and cat like creatures lol~I also realized that a lot of the students dislike either dogs and scary things. . . shadow, dark-ness, creepy-ness. Which Terrena often portrays xD Poor Terrena~
ANYWAYS I saw this new student Cole and I thought HOLY CRAP HE IS ADORABLE!
so I drew Terrena running after him :V
SHE JUST WANTS TO PET HIM BUT HE IS AFRAID OF DOGS. I think giant wolves can count~

Terrena sensed a nervous tension in the area and looked bad to see one of her students sunken on a bench. She tilted her head to the side in confusion and slowly walked towards the timid Kelpie so as to not scare him. "Good day Dreme. Are you ok?" She lowered her stance so that her wolf form would be less intimidating.

"G-good day, miss Noche..." He stuttered and looked at her quietly while tucking his tail to his chest a bit, making some dark droplets of swamp water fall to the ground and bench. "I'm fine... Just... eating." He glanced toward the bitten apple that now held a very content looking worm.
"But I'm full now..."

Terrena sighed and looked at the apple with the worm. She saw the sun was hitting the worm and placed the apple next to a tree with shade. "Is there something you need to tell me? I am your teacher after all, I can't help if you don't talk." She sat down.

Dreme could only stare up at the Lycan with big swamp green eyes as he gently tugged one of his many lily pads to his face like a child with a blanket when scared. "I'm... fine..." He assured her in a quiet tone, trying to be as small as he could. It was no lie that he was scared of most of the teachers.
They were often big and had very sharp teeth.
But as he looked at her he noted she was not that scary at the moment, more just concerned. It made him lower the lily pad a bit.

Terrena was going to smile but didn't want to show her teeth in her lycan form so she changed back to her human(ish) form and smiled. "So do you want to tell me what is bothering you?" she smiled warmly.

Dreme looked at her, then at his hooves, then her again. "... I'm failing... a lot of my classes." He said quietly, but suspected she would already know that, being a teacher. "... I'm not good... at being a kelpie..."

Terrena sighed in an understanding was as she sat on the bench and crossed one leg over the other. "Well many people think I am good at being a Lycan, but according to my clan I am a disgrace to the shadow lycans. I was told that I could be the greatest since I have a lot of knowledge about other people's weaknesses. . . unfortunately for them I only used that information for it to benefit who I was, not for what they expected." She then crossed her arms and smiled."Just look at all the classes as a way to get knowledge for your own benefit."

Dreme looked up at her quietly, his ears flattened against his head. "... What benefit?" He asked curiously.

Terrena scratched her head seeing as she did not describe her point well. "ehh well that depends on you. for example in my class you can take the information you learn and use it to protect yourself instead of using it against others for..power..and stuff."

"... I know... I guess I could use that." He shifted and started to pick some twigs out of his long green hair. "... I'm just not... scary." The kelpie let out a small sigh as he fiddled with a mossy twig.

Terrena then looked at him and motioned her hand as if to get a truthful answer "Well do you want to be scary?"

The kelpie looked at her unsure about how to answer... being scary like the rest of the students would make his life easier, but he just didn't think he could do it. "... I don't know."

Terrena gave an unsure smile as she lightly pat his head. "Well what not might be scary to some people can be scary to others. You just have to find out how and when you want to be scary. For example some people like dolls and think they are cute and pretty. I hate dolls heh. The thing is that sometimes harmless things can be seen as the most dangerous when you are unsure of what they might be capable of." She smiled warmly hoping he understood.

Dreme thought about it a moment before smiling weakly. "... I guess so..." He said while tugging one of his lily pads.

Terrena smiled "Well just remember if there is anything you need help with just let me know, I will be happy to help."

Dreme smiled back timidly and nodded. "Okay..." His horse ears slowly lifted forward and he brushed some moss of his small horns quietly.

Terrena stood up. "Also, don't be afraid of me. The only kids that should be afraid of me are no good instigators who wanna clown around in my class too much, so no worries."

Dreme nodded a bit. "O-okay." He said in a braver tone, moving his tail off his lap and on the bench in a more comfortable position. "You're really nice, miss teacher..."

"hah thank you Dreme, I am nice to those who deserve it." Terrena stands up and carefully carries the apple with the worm as she reaches it out to the kelpie. "Here you go, I believe you were examining this little fellow."

Dreme took the apple and smiled at the small worm then back at the teacher. "Thank you..."

Terrena smiled as she folded her arms behind herself. "No problem Dreme, If you ever need to talk you know where to find me." She turned towards the direction of the school and started walking.

Dreme smiled as he watched her walk away, feeling a lot better about the whole ordeal now.
