Something I've made a while ago in sake of practicing in animation, droped polishing though - run out of time.

Not my area of critique. But! Do you work in the game industry yet? 'Cause you should be. XD My friends and I were attempting to make a video game. It would be too hard to do 3D, but damn... if we had a sprite artist like you... O.O...

Lemme just say, Heroes of Might and Magic eat yer heart out. The pixel art in there, which I previously considered to be the best, was just blown away by this. I can't stop watching the hands and tail! They are SOOOO perfect! You ougta be proud of this one! now I'm off to see if I can find any other of your artworks.

so, I was wondering. When you produce this kind of high quality art and animation, how long do you take? A friend of mine said around 8h to do a full animation like this one, but I disagree.

It took me full weekend - around 15-16 hours, and in and out during week nights - maybe another 8 hours.

I was seriously impressed by watching the making of this artwork. This is certainly no half-assed pixel piece where parts of the sprite are moved a few pixels in each frame. This is more like creating a unique artwork for every single frame. Not many pieces can compare to this!

oh my, that's utterly stunning. for some reason it makes me think "Seiken Densetsu III boss if Seiken Densetsu III had Final Fantasy VI's palette". really, no amount of words can quite capture the magnitude of this. i especially like the subtle wiggles of its body.
