the license plate “White Car”.
the plate has been seen on white cars of a few different makes and models over the years known to chase down isolated roads, drive erratically and cause accidents, even deaths.
if the plate is put on a car, the paint will gradually turn white in a manner similar to sun bleaching. as the car turns white the “driver” will occasionally be seen sitting in the car.
people who claim to have gotten close to a White Car describe all black, very stale smelling interior, as if fresh air hasn’t been inside the car for a long time.
the driver is described as always visually obscured in some way with both hands, clad in black driving gloves, grasping the wheel very tightly, with stiff movements as if propped up.
