Species: Arctic Wolf

Theme: Metallica - Trapped under the ice
Personality: Sly, crafty, but as cold as they come(no pun intended). Usually thinks out his plans thoroughly before execution. Holds some respect for his enemies, despite this. Leaves those he freezes to die, however.
Weapon: Arm mounted ice cannon: Permanently in place of his left forearm. Fires anything ice-based, from large blasts to paper-thin beams, as well as continuous streams. Can also make sno-cones. Has limited energy, but only ridiculously excessive usage can drain it completely. Has some stability issues, one of which could cause him to freeze to death if used excessively.
Other Ability: Due to instability from the cannon, his body armor regulates his body temperature. Keeps it from going too low or too high, preventing him from freezing to death from his own weapon or dying of excessively high body temperature.
Misc: Worth noting that his pupils are never visible.
Bio: A former classmate of Artist as well as an inventor. His ice machines were destroyed by the government due to them being potential threats. After his automated sno-cone machine was destroyed by none other than Artist, he went insane. He had severed his left arm, and replaced it with an ice cannon. He is now known to turn places into frozen wastelands and contruct fortresses of ice, using only his arm cannon.
