Bio: Ian was at the park with his sister Kate when she chased after a truck carrying a distressed looking robotic bird, Ian, concernd for the saftey of his younger sister, Tried to stop her but was attacked by mysterious creatures he was unable to fight off the onslaught and lost conciusness. when he awoke he found a robotic Panther staring blankly at him, it spoke to him telepathicly, informing him he has been givin the powers of the black panther ranger.
