Ooh, this one is pretty nice! The lighting and shading is pretty well done, the moon definitely looks like it's glowing!
The water probably needs more work (especially the ripples), though.
Still, this is a pretty nice piece overall, the character is so lovely that I'll probably try to learn how to breathe underwater!
