I wouldnt say amazing . . . I have just a few problems with it, otherwise its great looking. The text is horrid, the font, its sci-fi yes, but its also a bit over the top. The names, honestly I can understand wanting to tag your work, but you submitted it into the wallpaper category. People generally dont want to look at other peoples names on their desktop.
One last thing, the reddish brown spots, top right, mid left, bottom mid. They seem a bit out of place with the rest of the colour scheme.
However other then that, the render is great, the 2d work is great. Good job, and hey thats just my opinion, I am known for being stupid. So feel free to come and bash something I did if it'll make you happy. lol
