reminds me of the interfaces in ghost in the shell, very cool. The ring thing is a bit pixelated on the top edge, my guess is that you resized and transformed it in PS to get the perspective right.
Maybe vectorise the original then manipulate the vector to keep the lines clean. I can help you out with that if you like (although, I'm using CS2 not 3).
