Description
He stared at the photograph fondly. He rubbed the old, crinkled edges and stared at the one face he loves so very much.Even if the picture was almost a decade old, but he still treasures it.
She had a beautiful feature and her hair framed her face well. The smile was beautiful and it was like a boat going towards a beacon during its dark voyage in sea. Her amethyst eyes sparkled like jewels under the full moon. And there was a glow that surrounded her.
The girl in the picture was reading a book with a content expression and she had small, soft grin on her face.
Oh, how he remembered that day when this picture was taken…

Flashback
Robin walked into the room one afternoon, he looked around and then smile when his eyes landed on a certain somebody. He slowly sneaked up behind the person—
"I know you are behind me, Boy Wonder," Raven said while reading a book.
'Aw man,' Robin cursed in his mind.
"You should know I can sense people," Raven said bluntly, feeling his aura from behind her. It was strong, especially since they share a bond.
"Can't stop a guy from trying," Robin said, plopping a seat next to her.
"But you will only succeed by failing for the umpteenth time," Raven said, looking up before glancing back down at her book.
"Me? Failing?" Robin scoffed at her. "Ha! You make me laugh!"
"Oh yes, my mistake, great one. Surely, you will succeed the next time you try," Raven said sarcastically with a smirk on her face.
"You should smile more often," Robin said out of the blue.
Raven rolled her eyes. "Take a picture, it will last longer."
'A picture huh?' Robin thought, rubbing his chin. He, then, got up and left the main room.

Raven was on the last chapter of her book, she was clearly distracted by this book.

Raven began to see stars and heard something, she shook her head and then she looked up. Her eyes narrowed into slits, hissing, "Give that to me."
Robin glanced down at the object in his hand, he grinned deviously at her. "No."
"Hand it over right now," Raven said lowly, "or I will send you to another dimension where your nightmares will come to life." She threatened him.
"Nope, not in a million years," Robin said before running.
Raven stood on the same spot for a moment before going after him.
After almost an hour of running around the Tower and ignoring questions that had been thrown by their friends, Raven finally stopped. Her hands were on her knees, sweat matted of her forehead. She looked up and saw Robin standing several feet away from her, grinning.
"You know what?" Raven panted, out of breath. "Screw you." With that said, she teleported out of the hallways in soul-self.
Robin suddenly stop smiling when he saw her disappearing, he felt extremely guilty making her run around the Tower for a long period of time.
He has to fix this mess…

At night, Raven decided to skip dinner and was meditating in her room. She was levitating off the floor by several inches, and she was in deep trance until her eyes suddenly opened and she fell on her buttocks when she heard knockings from her door.
She rolled her eyes, knowing Robin was standing outside, and went back to meditating. But after a second, the knocking came back and was persistent.
"Alright, alright, I'm coming!" Raven shouted, swinging the door open.
"Hi," Robin said meekly.
"What do you want, Robin?" Raven replied. "Want another round of running?"
Robin blushed and said, "No."
"Then what are you doing here? You interrupted me from my meditation," Raven said, rubbing her temples.
"I want to… apologize," Robin said, looking down on the floor. "I shouldn't have made you chase me around the Tower. I should have asked your permission for a photo of you."
She raised an eyebrow.
"And this belongs to you," he added, handing her over a photo of herself.
Raven took it and staring at the picture for a while before handing it back to him. "You keep it."
"Wha—but… it took me hours to think up of an apology," Robin said incredulously.
"And I thank you for that," Raven replied.
"Well – ah – are you sure you want me to keep this?" he gesticulated to the picture in his hand.
Raven nodded at him. "Yeah, keep it. I don't care."
"Uh, thanks," Robin said, clearing his throat.
"I should be the one thanking you, you had the dignity to come here and apologize," Raven said before adding, "Unlike Beast Boy, whom I have not forgiven for last week prank."
"I'm not like him," Robin commented.
Both of their cheeks reddened and Raven immediately went back to her room.
Robin stood in front of Raven's room for several seconds, he shook his head but there was a smirk on his face.
'She has no idea what she's doing to me,' he thought while walking to his room.
When he walked into his room, he rubbed his cheek where it was still warm from her kiss. He smiled once more and decided to go to bed early.
'She has no idea, no idea…'

"Richard." He looked up and smile at his wife of seven years.
"Raven," he murmured before pulling her into a deep kiss.
She smiled against his mouth before kissing him back, several seconds later, she broke it. "Are you okay?"
"Why you ask?" he inquired.
"Well, you spaced out for a couple of minutes," she said.
"It's nothing," Richard answered, "just a trip down to memory lane."
Raven brushed his bangs and kissed his forehead. "We should get going right now. The kids aren't going to drive themselves to the first day of school."
"Just give me a second," Richard said, getting up from the bed.
"I'll be waiting in the car," Raven said. "I don't want our eldest daughter messing up our son. I swear> by Azar if Gar keeps teaching my daughter pranks…" Her voice trailed off when she left the hallways.
Richard chuckled and looked down at the old picture before setting it down into the drawer. He got up and changed before leaving the house where his wife and kids were waiting in the car.
'I would never give this life up,' he thought, getting into the car. 'It's too precious.'
During the drive while his children were talking happily in the backseat, he held Raven's hand and kissing her fingertips, only to hear his kids making an 'ew' sound.
