Description
Raven unexpectedly woke up at night, her eyes narrowed sleepily. Her body suddenly felt very weak and she could breathe right now. After a few seconds had pass, she let her eyes closed and she went back to her dreamless sleep. She will feel all better in the morning after a good night rest…

"Ugh…" Raven made a sound. She opened her dry eyes and squinted at her digital clock which read 9:30 am.
She got up but her head was pounding like crazy, causing her head to plop back down on her pillow, and one hand lying on her forehead.
Her nose doesn't feel any better.
Her eyes were dry.
She felt like staying in bed for the rest of the day.
Her head was like a crazy rave concert.
And she felt oh-so very weak.
It was early and late in the morning, she usually wakes up around six. She can sense her friends were downstairs in the main room, eating breakfast.
Deciding not to cope up in her room, she got up from her bed and went to the bathroom.
After taking a quick shower and brushing her teeth, she changed her shorts and tank top into her uniform and left the room.
She doesn't feel like teleporting into the main room.

"Good morning, sleeping beauty," Cyborg smiled. "What do you want for breakfast?"
"I'm not hungry," Raven said as she poured tea into her cup.
"Are you sure? I can make you some waffles, you know you like waffles," Cyborg suggested with a sly grin.
Raven felt her stomach churn at the thought of food, she shook her head. "No thanks, Cyborg."
Everyone gasped at her response, Raven never refuses Cyborg's homemade waffles.
She loves them—even more than life itself!
"You okay, Raven?" Robin questioned.
"I'm fine," Raven snapped. "I'm just not hungry today." She added, ignoring Cyborg's hand that was on her forehead.
"No," Cyborg said, his face serious. "I just checked your temperature and it was 100.4."
"You should go to bed," Robin said grimly.
"I'm – achoo – fine!" Raven said, sneezing.
"That sneeze said otherwise," Robin smirked.
"Shut—" she began to cough violently and gagging on her saliva and then continuing, "—up!"
Beast Boy began to laugh loudly only to stop when Raven glared at him, he cowered in his seat and quickly transformed himself to a kitten and hid behind Starfire.
Raven suddenly groaned and rubbed her temples has another massive headache hit her.
"I'll take you to bed," Robin said, getting up from his seat.
"I can do it on my own," Raven pushed his hand away. She got up from her chair, but began to waver back and forth until Robin caught her before she fell.
She sighed, giving up, and leaned her head on Robin's shoulder as he carried her.
After the short trek towards Raven's room, Robin used one hand to open her door while the other was still cradling her.
When the door slid open, he walked towards her dark room and laid her body gently on her bed. He tried to tuck her in until Raven swatted his hands away.
"I can do it on my own," Raven said discourteously, pulling her blankets up.
Robin looked hurt for a moment and then said, "I just want to help."
"Well don't," Raven said angrily. "I can do these things on my own. I am a big girl."
All of the sudden, the alarm rang loudly and room turned red.
"I could stay here…" Robin mumbled, though Raven heard him.
"It's Control Freak and Johnny Rancid teaming up!" the communicator went off.
"Go, two shortages on members are not good," Raven urged him.
"Are sure you don't want me here?" Robin asked once more.
"No!"
"Why are you being such a bitch?" Robin said irately. "All I want is to help you and yet you can't even accept that!"
"Shut up and stop yelling," Raven responded to him crossly. "I have another incoming migraine and I want you out!"
"I'm leaving right now! If that makes you happy, my queen," Robin sneered, and his arms were spread out.
Raven rolled her eyes, not phase that he's yelling at her. "Then go right now! And I can take care of myself! I don't need you!" She shouted in aggravation. She began to cough violently once more from yelling too loud.
Robin lingered for a moment before numbly left her room and went after his team who had already left the Tower.

Raven stayed in bed after ten minutes Robin had left, her head began to throb once more and she decided to get off of her bed. She started to walk towards her bathroom where the aspirin was located in the cabinet.
Half-way going towards her bathroom, her legs began to wobble and her knees buckled, she fell down on the ground with a thud. She tried to get up but was unable to do so.
'Fuck it,' she thought before her world became black.

The battle was soon over quickly and the rest of the Titans rushed towards Robin after he cuffed the two villains and lend them to the police.
"What are you doing here?" Cyborg asked, perplexed why his leader is here.
"What do you think?" Robin answered coldly. "I'm here to help you. And I already done the job."
"But friend Raven need your assistance, she's sick is she not?" Starfire said, cocking her head to the side.
"Yeah," Robin answered bluntly.
"Dude, then why are you here?" Beast Boy said shrewdly. "Shouldn't you be back at home, taking care of her? Something bad can happen to her."
"She said she can take care of herself," Robin said, using the same cold voice.
Everyone flinched at his bitter tone, and they shuffled their feet around for a moment.
Cyborg's stomach suddenly growled, he blushed and said, "Could we go and get some pizza? I'm hungry… again."
"I'm totally in!" Beast Boy grinned.
"I would like mustard on my pizza!" Starfire said, her eyes glazing at the thought.
"You guys go ahead," Robin said, going towards his bike.
"Are you sure? There's a special today," Cyborg said, his eyebrows going up and down, trying to draw his leader in.
"I'm not hungry, I am going to patrol town for a while," Robin said, putting his helmet on, "and I suggest you guys do the same." With that, he revved up his R-Cycle and left, leaving trails of smog.
"Did someone stick his bo-staff into his ass or something?" Beast Boy commented.
"Friend Beast Boy, you are mistaken because there was nothing in his butt," Starfire corrected him.
"Oh, Starfire," Beast Boy hit his face with his palm, sighing loudly. "There's still so much to learn."
"Whatever, let's just go and get some pizza!" Cyborg said while getting into his car and the others followed him.

Two hours later
Robin returned to the Tower, it was afternoon already when he finished patrolling town.
So far, he stopped four robberies, saved a little girl from an incoming car, and fought against some guy in a cheap villain costume.
He looked around to see if the others were here, but it was quiet and not from the usual blaring sounds of the game system and the horrible smell of Starfire's cooking. He took out his communicator called the cybernetic human.
"Cyborg here," he said, the area he's in was dark.
"Where are you—and why is it dark there?" Robin questioned.
Cyborg refrained from rolling his human eye and said, "Beast Boy, Starfire, and I are at the movie theater."
"And you didn't ask me for permission?" Robin growled.
Cyborg's expression darkened and he lowly said, "Just because you're the leader of this team doesn't make you our mom."
"Come back home now, there's files I need help to go over," Robin said in exasperation.
"Shush, the movie is about to begin. Besides, why don't you go check on Raven? It seems you two are having a problem I notice," Cyborg glared before the screen went black.
Robin practically crushed his communicator and threw it on the side and began to pace around the living area. He felt a lot anger he needed to be released in the training room, caused by Cyborg's disobedience and Raven being a total bitch.
Raven
He stopped walking around the room and stared up at the ceiling, his mask got smaller when his eyes narrowed.
It was quiet, too quiet.
Deciding to trust his hunch, he made his way towards the dark bird's room

He knocked on her door and calling out her name in a monotonous tone. "Raven, are you in there?"
No answer, even for her she would respond back.
Robin began to panic and started to bang on the door, yelling out her name.
No answer yet again.
Robin smashed through her door and ran inside her room. He looked around until he gasped loudly when he saw a lithe figure lying on the floor, motionless.
"Wake up, Raven! Wake up!" Robin shouted with fear in his tone, shaking her. He held her tightly when she didn't respond to his cries, then, he quietly murmured, "Please, please, wake up, Raven."
He keeps muttering the same thing over and over again until Raven began to stir in his arms.
She opened her eyes and hoarsely said, "Robin?"
"Raven?" his head snapped up, a slight smile forming on his face.
"R-Robin… body… hot…" Raven said as she began to shiver violently.
Robin removed his gloves and placed one of them on her forehead, he quickly withdrew them.
Her forehead was practically on fire!
He took out a thermometer from his utility belt and placed it in her mouth, after a minute as passed by, he took it out and his eyes widen. Her temperature had skyrocketed to 102.6!
She began to moan and Robin immediately rushed towards her bathroom, he helped her sit up straight on her toilet, and filled the tub with cold water. After the tub was full enough, he removed her cloak and placed her in the icy water.
She began to shake violently and her head began to twist and turn, Robin had to hold her down before she finally calmed down and slowly opened her eyes. Her vision was hazy for a moment until it became clear. "Robin?" Her voice was raspy.
"I'm here, Raven," he took a hold of her hand while his other hand flew up to her forehead, and her temperature is slowly going down which is a good sign.
"W-where I'm I?" she asked, her eyes squinted from the lights.
"In your bathroom," Robin answered.
"Oh," Raven noted when she finally realized her leotard was wet and tighter than before.
They sat there in silence for a moment until Raven broke it by saying:
"Why are you doing this?"
"Pardon me?"
"Why are you helping me?" Raven said. "After being a total bitch, you're still here to help me out?"
Robin sighed, "Of course, Raven, I would do anything for you even if you keep pushing me away."
"Stubborn as a mule," Raven drawled.
"Like you," Robin commented.
Raven stared at him, hard.
"Sorry," Robin apologized, "but you know that you're stubborn like me."
"I guess you're right," Raven replied.
"Sorry if this is too much, why aren't you healing yourself?" Robin inquired in perplexity at the fact that she's not mending herself.
"My powers are pretty much worthless when I'm sick, tell me something, when was the last time I got sick?" she asked him.
"Never," Robin answered thickly.
"Exactly," Raven said. "I may be a human but I am also a half-demon. Even when I defeated my father almost a year ago, I am still learning much of my powers."
"I understand," Robin said, and his hand was still holding hers. He immediately blushed and removed his hand.
Raven's lips were pursed together when she no longer felt his warmth, and she tried to get up but instantly cringed when her head is pounding once more.
Robin instinctively held her shoulders when she went back down, her head hitting on the back of the tub; unfortunately for him, he leaned in too much and toppled into the water.
"This is an awkward position," Raven commented, smirking down at him.
Robin's face reddened when he saw that her chest was close to him. He pulled back and was about to get out of the tub until Raven wrapped her hand around his arm.
"No, I find you rather… comforting," Raven said, her cheeks were tinted pink.
Robin, once again, face got redder. He cleared his throat and nodded at her, settling down next to her when Raven shifted slightly to make more room.
At first, it was incommodious but shortly the two settled in nicely.
Raven nestled her face into the crook of his neck, sighing in ease.
Robin was tensed for a moment before he relaxed and laid his cheek on top of her head, inhaling her pomegranate scented hair.
The air around them got lighter and at the precise moment, the two looked at each other.
Raven began to trace his cheek with her forefinger and moved them up to his mask, tracing the linings of it. Her fingers went under the edges and she peeled his mask off slowly, and with no protests from him, she removed the whole thing and gasped audibly.
His eyes were intense blue like the clear ocean or the skies above. The dark lashes on his eyelids made it even lovelier, some would say it made him look feminine but it was nevertheless beautiful to Raven.
She continued to trace his cheek and moved them to his eyelids, and he let them close as he took a hold of Raven's hand and cradle it against his cheek.
"You know," Robin said, "you're the first Titan to see me without my mask on."
"I am?" Raven uttered in wonder. "I always thought that… never mind." She trailed off, shyly looking at the side.
"Thought what?" Robin said, wanting to know.
Raven blushed, fiddling her thumbs together. "I always thought…ah…Starfire would be the one… to see your eyes… first."
"Now why would you say that?" he murmured into her hair.
"You and Starfire had a… thing going on…" Raven mumbled, but loud enough for him to hear.
"What are you—ooh," Robin was confused at first until he knew what she meant.
"Yeah, 'ooh'," Raven repeated his word.
Robin scratched his head sheepishly, looking down at her.
"So, spill it to me Boy Wonder, were you lying to me?" Raven said, waiting for him to answer her.
Robin sighed at her, yet, he smiled and said, "No, Starfire never seen my real eyes before."
Raven's eyes widen slightly. "But I thought she was your girlfriend."
"I wish everyone would stop assuming that, she is not my girlfriend," he stated firmly.
"Then why did you hanged out with her all the time?" Raven questioned.
"Raven, you're smart and you know the answer to yourself as well," Robin answered. "She's an alien, new to Earth. She doesn't understand our customs."
"Still, you were attracted to her…" Raven reminded him.
"Yes, there's no way I cannot deny it. But to this day, our relationship is platonic, I see her as a sister and she's seems happy about it," Robin explained.
Raven blinked a couple of times and letting the new information sink into her
Robin smirked at her. "And for more evidence if you still doubt me…" He trailed off as he leaned in a bit closer.
Before she can say anything, his lips sealed over hers. She was shock at first, but let herself absorb to his talented service.
They were kissing deeply and amorously. It was passionate and long. It was filled with lust and love.
Raven was the first one to break the kiss, needing a breath of air. "Is this what I think it is?"
Robin kissed her forehead and said, "What do you think, my love?"
"I'm glad," Raven said breathlessly.
He mentally chuckled and placed his arm around her waist.
A few minutes of sitting there in the tub, Raven began to violently shiver once more and she began to cough.
Robin forgotten that his, now, girlfriend was still sick. He placed his hand on her forehead, he exhaled in relief that her fever had gone down, but it was still pretty bad. He quickly stood up from the tub and helped Raven out of it. He toweled her off before grabbing an extra from the rack. After that, the two left the bathroom.
"Why don't you change into something more comfortable while I make you a warm cup of tea and Tylenol?" Robin offered.
Raven nodded slowly at him as she made her way towards her closet, then she quickly shooed him out of the room when she unzipped her leotard.
Robin smiled, shaking his head, walking to the kitchen.
When he came back to her room, she was already asleep and it melted his heart to see her face so serene. Though, it was broken when he woke her up.
"You do know that I'm sick?" Raven said after finishing her tea and taken her medicine, they were currently cuddling under the sheets.
"What could possibly go wrong?" Robin scoffed at her.

A few days later after Raven had recovered, Robin had gotten the flu.
