awww...this is rather touching and lovely...needs a touch more shading at the top along the edge. as the light-source is going top-down, the texture looks likes its floating a little b/c the curling edges of the skin aren't casting enough shadow at the top.
i love how you added interest with the butterfly and the decoratively placed bones (?)

But the black and white part (call it a SCAR?) on the face looks too rough, some more details or a better transition from the face to this "scar" could improve this even more.
