Pursuing eternity amongst the stars, the MISE developed the VAULT program, endeavoured to advance their science to frontiers unknown, their mastery of the natural forces only refined more and more as larger and more daring megastructures were constructed in pursuit of knowledge.

Their grasp on gravity is almost unprecedented, having studied the phenomena of the metric tensors since the inception of their space-faring civilization, within the Vault Programme they came nothing short of complete and utter control over the natural force, this was most thoroughly demonstrated in the construction of the 4th Vault, and the apex of their combat-oriented gravitational tools, the HIPA (HIgh Priority Asset) RIG.

The Rig itself is controlled by an artificial psychometric construct, inherently bound to the functionalities of hyper-dense multi-spectrum computational devices located within the nanomaterial-fabricated suit. It is powered by the dense energy sources of vacuum-elevated hyperatomics, whose energy is stored within an array of solstice batteries. The suit also allows full connection to nearby IPD sensors and computers.

This suite of power generation methods and sensory devices would go to waste if it were not for the extremely refined gravimetric manipulators located throught the body, capable of bending local tensors into a highly-specific vortex-like formation, creating self-stabilising micro-loops of gravity which the rig uses to enact higher-magnitude operations almost rivalling that of a black hole.

It is unknown how many were created, but they would be one of the main assets in eliminating high-order threats in the MISE's never-to-be galaxy suppression program.
