Facesthree faces left aside,
turning once to watch me pass them by
one of the trusted, as i look into his eyes
another of the guilty, turned away when i ask him why
then the face of the liar, crawling at my knees asking for forgiveness,
whom I toss aside
two to my left and one to the right
two for forgiveness and one ruled by fright
crawling behind me throughout the night
nowhere to turn and nowhere to hide, I take them in-all but one-
in whom I will not confide.
