Both characters are incredibly agile, albiet one of them is just really fast and the other can just teleport and fly around, meaning both of them can probably dodge each other's attacks fairly well
Marx definitely has a greater variety of attacks (Blackholes, Light Arrows, A "Hyper Beam", a charge/tackle, and more), and that could give him the upper hand, but at the same time I feel like because of his wings he may technically qualify as a Flying Type, and therefore be weak to Pikachu's electric attacks...
It's incredibly fun to think about how these characters in these pop battles could out match each other. I look forward to seeing the results of this battle (Though I have a feeling its going to be Marx, judging by the other comments) and the tournament as a whole ^.^

I’d say Marx cause he’s got wings and can fly over Pikachu and dodge his attacks that way
