So, I know I haven't put anything up here for a while, sorry about that, I've been really busy with the beginning of school. Anyway, here's this. It started as something I was doodling in Illustrator during my media tech class while I was supposed to be taking notes. My teacher got mad, and I had to stop halfway through, but now, like a month later, I came back to it, and changed it all up. I added some bubbles, put a background, and gradiented all of that. I also applied a photoshop filter to the sun itself.
I usually don't use gradients, because I generally think they look really bad. I prefer cell shading to soft shading. However, for this one, I decided to try it out, because I've been really getting into the shading in my art class recently, and I wanted to see if I could do the same thing, except with color and way easier, digitally. It worked great.
