I don't know what Foster is, okay? He has the power of assuming human form, like most Japanese creatures do. He's not from Japan, though, he was born in Atlantis and now lives with John in Portugal (like myself).

What John is holding, ready to throw it, is not quite a water baloon, it's a rubber bag full of water. It's from a sketch from "Gato Fedorento", where a politician is looking at the window ready to throw one of those into somebody's head until his coleague enters the room to talk about his speech.
