wow, that is an amazing perspective shot, not to mention the sunset. i'd love to be able to see the sun set over the ocean, but i'm on the wrong side of my continent for that.

Another one of your more classic shots, I think that this is good in a couple of ways, first of all, we have the timing, you have 3 birds in the shot here, and thereβs a wave coming up from the right, furthermore you have the setup, the shell right where we have the reflection from the sun coming downβ¦ Very good job

I have been telling a friend that I wanted to do a pastel of a beach but have a shell ON the beach as the focal point. I tried to explain and sketch the concept but she didn't understand how it could work. Thanks for providing the evidence that it works.
