This is really good! Very pretty and the dragon's position along with the title holds a lot of wonder and sense of adventure. The brown of the cliff/hill he is on though is a bit blurry and blneds a bit odd against the water, making it look like they're side by side. I probably would have left it sharp so that it separates fro the water, and I would have a bit more blue cut across the bottom part of the sun so that it looks like it's rising or lowering in the horizon, because it kind of looks like the water is cradling the sun a little.
The color you have for the sky is really great, you got the hues down on point, and very great texture for the clouds! And also fine detail for the grass as well as the shading, and the light effects over the water is really great too
