That's an idea I had watching 2Fast2Furious on the TV
I took that colours of the cars matched perfectly with sonic charachters, so I did that:
Knuckles ►►► Orange Julius ►►► Red Mazda Rx7
Amy Rose ►►► Suki ►►► Pink Honda S2000
Sonic ►►► Brian O'Conner ►►► Silver-Blue Nissan Skyline R34
Tails ►►► Slap Jack ►►► Gold-Orange Toyota Supra

I guess using a ton of fan characters as well as the offical ones will really make it work, considering how many characters are in 2F2F or any FnF movie for that matter, since the whole storyline is better than a part of it.

That would work, but it would be nice to get the whole storyline down. Then you would need characters that represent Dom, Tej Parker, Letty, Jesse, Leon, Vince, Johnny Tran, plus all those FBI agents...lol...and that's only like 10% of the list for the main guys.
