Even if Amy forwent wearing clothes starting from the next Boom episode and the next game to come out, she would always look "naked" to me like this because I first saw her with an outfit/dress, and that's the mental image that'll remain in my memory.Β My first impression of Sally, by contrast, came when she was wearing a vest and boots, and because the vest doesn't cover up much, it's not so outlandish to see her in this form.Β (I think her brown color also aids in that somehow.)
That's no reflection on how you drew them both, of course.Β Amy would certainly be uncomfortable with this at first, like you've shown.
