One of the protectors or 'Templar' of Center Park. Center Park being one of the more successful colonys in The Steel Forest, where Beasts of many walks of life found an old mall from The Before. There they set up homes in ancient places of shopping the humans many many centuries before wasted abnormal amounts of money. One of the many homes set up was the Temple of the Before. Where Cedar works as one of the town's protectors.

Completely mute, Cedar has to rely on old Canine body language, and a form of sign language called 'Beastial Silence'. The young man's Marks give him control over plant life and fire, wich he uses as both a light cologne (smells like a pile of fresh cut wood in a camp fire most of the time), or as an extension of himself. The title of 'the Wicker Man' was earned in a bandit raid on Center Park, where he used the plant life to form a massive bipedal, burning, Beast-shaped Cage around himself and cleared away swaths of the bandits by himself.

Likes patrols with his buddy Edgar, chili, and reading old human texts from The Before. Favorite of wich being a collection by a human called Tolkien, though he questions wether or not the events in the books were real or not.
