Given the title 'the Dark' by his ill and dieing little brother, Edgar often catches the misconceptions associated with being the edgy guy on a power trip. That couldn't be further from the truth.

It's fair to say he is your average introverted young Beast. He fancies Kuu, is a long time friend of Cedar's, and sees the Templar boss lady as something of a mother figure he never had. If things were up to him he'd spend all day in his dormitory, writeing, and listening to his music. But duty calls and being a Templar often demands him to leave his hobbies for more out going or dangerous activities.

His Marks give him the ability to see other Mage Beast's Marks, some telekinesis, and the ability to create rain storms. While not as flashy as his friend Cedar, or as crowd pleasing as Kuu, Edgar often pushes himself to stay involved in as many jobs the Templar take as possible. Primarily for fear of being made irrelevant in a group that contains people who can throw around fire, heal injuries, throw I'beams like nothing, or even make nuclear explosions.

His fears of inadequacy didn't just lead him to try to prove himself by quantity of work, but by improving the quality of those who work around him. He serves as the group's pseudo tactician, and happily throws himself around the battlefield like a pawn to make sure his allies get the best opertunity to shine.
