Young aspiring witch of Center Park and another of the 'Templar'. Her powers tend toward the more helpful and less harmful. While being with the Templar is a physically demanding line of work, meaning if a normal Beast were to do it for long enough, they'd likely be fairly strong, she possesses no other real potent offensive abilities than her claws and fists.

And Kuu wouldn't have it any other way. Templar fight Bandits, Monsters, other Mage Beasts, and any other threat that endangers thier town. Dangerous work to say the least. The soft spoken Kuu makes sure her companions live to fight again in spite of the grievous injuries some may receive against such enemies. Storeing starlight in small pieces of glass and gemstones, she can suddenly release it, creating flashbang effects, and sometimes even severe burns. Likewise she's one of very few actual healers in the Steel Forest, a power she enhances with constant study of actual medical practices. She is actively one of the several reasons her boss hasn't succumbed to self inflicted tumors yet, and that cases of the plauge in Center Park simply do not occur.
